Yes. We have dealerships across Illinois and Indiana and we regularly work with customers from different states. Our online tools make it easy to handle most of the process remotely. Customers from Michigan, Indiana, and Wisconsin shop with us regularly and we hope to see you at one of our locations soon.

We offer home delivery so you can complete your purchase online and have your vehicle brought directly to you. Delivery availability can vary depending on your location and the specific dealership, so it is worth confirming when you are ready to purchase. We also offer loaner vehicles for customers whose cars are in for service, so you are not left without transportation while we take care of your vehicle. Loaner availability varies by location, so asking when you schedule your appointment is recommended.

You can get an estimate on your current vehicle through the online appraisal tool. Enter your vehicle details and you will get a value back quickly. When you are ready to move forward, bring the vehicle in and we will finalize the offer in person. You can also apply the trade-in value toward a new purchase.

Yes. Our online finance application lets you get the process started before you ever visit a dealership, which means less paperwork when you arrive and more time focused on the vehicle. Absolutely. You do not need to have purchased your vehicle from us to use any of our service centers. Our technicians are trained across multiple makes and models, and you are welcome at any Castle location regardless of where you originally bought your car.

New vehicle purchases include a complimentary first oil change at any Castle service location. Ongoing service visits also come with complimentary car washes, so you leave in better shape than you arrived.
